BIOGRAPHY

As the founder and Principal Consultant since 2000, Christine has over 20 years of experience as a strategic business leader and has held a variety of senior leadership roles in organizations ranging from large public companies, to early stage start-ups and non-profits. 

Christine has served as the Interim Executive Director for 12 organizations over the past 8 years. She’s led the development of a wide variety of strategic and business plans, and has also led executive hiring efforts for clients across the country. 

Beginning in 2008-  honoring her belief in the power of education for the philanthropic sector- Christine expanded the scope of her business to include the support of best business practices in the non-profit sector.

RECENT WORK

Outside of her time spent expanding HRSI into a thriving business, Christine has held HR leadership roles for organizations including AT&T Wireless,drugstore.com, and Clearwire.  Beginning her work with Clearwire as a consultant to the young start-up, Christine quickly became an integral part in leading the organization from 20 employees to over 2000, both domestically and internationally, in 6 countries around the world.  She was also instrumental in the company launch of their wireless broadband service in 40 distinct markets and was central to the senior team that completed one of the largest public offerings in history.

Christine served on a number of community nonprofit boards, including Child Care Resources  for 6 years (including 2 years as board chair),  acting as a founding member of the Board of Directors for Schools Out Washingtonand currently serving as an advisory council member at the Mountaineers. .  She spent 7 years as a partner of Social Venture Partners Seattle,  including a 5 year assignment as a Lead Partner. 

BoardTalks & TableTalks

Christine facilitates both BoardTalks and TableTalks programs. These Peer Learning Groups™ are facilitated, personalized peer-learning groups comprised of 10 to 14 participants, designed to meet the needs of the participants in a collegial atmosphere.  They are forum for discussing practical solutions and brainstorming ideas in a confidential, safe and comfortable setting.  Janet has a contagious commitment to supporting the development of non-profit professionals, and Christine is proud to partner with her in this work, facilitating both BoardTalks and TableTalks programs.

 EDUCATION

Christine holds a BA from The University of Michigan, an MBA from DePaul University and received a certificate in Fundraising Management from the University of Washington
